ENI 0.79 bn loss Q1 (2)

(ANSA) - Rome, April 29 - Fuels giant ENI posted a net loss of 0.79 billion euros in the first quarter of the year, compared to a profit of 0.83 billion euros in the same period last year, the company said after a board meeting that approved the accounts Friday.
    ENI's output was 3.4% up in the first quarter at 1.75 million barrels.
