CIBUS to include halal, kosher sections

(ANSA) - Milan, April 20 - Some 3,000 exhibitors and 70,000 visitors are expected at the next edition of the CIBUS international food fair to be held May 9-12 in Parma, organizers said Wednesday.
    Among the novelties at the international food exhibition now in its 18th year will be halal and kosher sections, for Muslim and Jewish consumers respectively.
    Also among this year's trends is a focus on organic.
    gluten-free and vegan products, as well as more environmentally respectful packaging.
