(ANSA) - Milan, April 5 - Pier Silvio Berlusconi will
represent Mediaset on Vivendi's board once the alliance between
his father Silvio Berlusconi's media group and the French media
group has been sealed, financial sources said Tuesday.
The deal envisages a share swap of around 3%, the ceding of
control over Mediaset Premium to Vivendi, and one representative
for each group on the respective boards. Pier Silvio Berlusconi,
deputy chairman and CEO of Mediaset, also sits on the boards of
Mediobanca and Mondadori.
