(ANSA) - Rome, February 1 - The Purchasing Manager's Index
(PMI) for Italy dropped to 53.2 points in January from its
post-2011 high of 55.6 points in December.
The figure, a gauge of manufacturing activity, was below
expectations of 54.8.
