Mazzoncini becomes FS CEO

(ANSA) - Rome, November 27 - Renato Mazzoncini on Friday became the new CEO of Italian rail company Ferrovie dello Stato (FS) at a shareholders meeting. Gioia Ghezzi became new president of the State-controlled company. A new board was appointed. The FS's last board resigned Thursday after the government said it was going to sell off a 40% stake in the company.
