Francesco Becchetti detained in London

(ANSA) - Tirana, November 4 - Italian businessman Francesco Becchetti - the owner of the Agon Channel that is broadcast to Italy from Albania - has been detained in London by British authorities enacting an international arrest warrant requested by Tirana, Albanian Chief Prosecutor Albi Serani told ANSA on Wednesday. He is accused of charges including money laundering and tax evasion. A London court has reportedly put him under house arrest pending extradition.
