Consob has approved the prospectus for Italian postal company
Poste Italiane's flotation on the Milan bourse, ANSA sources
said on Friday. The approval is the last step needed to clear
the way of the IPO. If confirmed, the approval should make it
possible for trading on Poste Italiane shares to start on
Tuesday October 27.
