Italy out of crisis but south not yet

(ANSA) - Salerno, May 22 - Italy as a whole has emerged form the economic crisis but the poorer south of the country has yet to do so, Premier Matteo Renzi said Friday at a rally for his Democratic Party candidate for governor of Campania, Vincenzo De Luca. "This exit from crisis has a small detail, the Mezzogiorno is not yet out of crisis, it has a non-positive performance and that doesn't let you rest easy at night," the premier said.
