(ANSA) - Amsterdam, April 15 - Thursday's annual general meeting of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) will be held in the Netherlands for the first time but "the group's commitment in Italy hasn't changed," FCA CEO Sergio Marchionne said Wednesday.
"Nothing has changed. It's the first AGM outside Italy but also Chrysler's first outside the US," he said outside the general meeting of sister firm CNH Industrial.
Meanwhile, Marchionne - who is also chief executive of Ferrari - said the placement of Ferrari shares on financial markets is planned for the third quarter, following the formal filing of documents in Q2.
"I do not think we will go over the 10%", mark in the initial public offering of the luxury car division, he said.
Companies belonging to the CNH Industrial group make trucks, commercial vehicles, buses, construction and agricultural equipment.
