(ANSA) - Milan, March 11 - Milan's leading financial index
jumped by 2.18% in trading Wednesday to reach its highest level
in four years on gains in telecom and auto stocks. The FTSE Mib
closed the day at 22,833 points, the highest since March 2011,
thanks to strong showing by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA)
which gained 3.45% to 14.65 euros, Meanwhile Telecom Italia
soared by 7.7% to 1.11 euros - levels not seen in about four
years.
