Italy will do it, I don't know when says Marchionne

Must attract foreign investment

(ANSA) - New York, September 16 - Italy will pick itself up out of its current economic slump when it starts attracting more foreign investment, Fiat Chrysler (FCA) CEO Sergio Marchionne said Tuesday, adding that he did not know when this was going to happen.
"Italy will do it, but I don't know when, I don't see things improving in the short term," said Marchionne, who recently replaced Luca di Montezemolo as Ferrari chairman.
"The only thing that can create growth are investments. We can't seem to attract enough capital", said the FCA chief.
