Guerra to leave Luxottica 'today'

(ANSA) - Milan, September 1 - Luxottica CEO Andrea Guerra is to stand down Monday instead of staying on till December, sources said after a board meeting of the eyewear giant.
    Luxottica shares have taken a battering recently amid media reports that Guerra was set to quit over what newspapers including business daily Il Sole 24 Ore said was a sharp disagreement over strategy with company founder Leonardo Del Vecchio.
