(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 13 - Four people were indicted Monday on
suspicion of rigging sentences at the Regional Administrative
Court (TAR) of the Lazio region around Rome.
The defendants, who include the administrative lawyer Federico
Tedeschini, are accused, according to their positions, of
corruption in judicial acts and corruption for acts contrary to
official duties.
The trial of the four has been set for 10 September.
A fifth defendant chose the abridged procedure and the hearing
before another preliminary hearings judge (GUP) has been set
for October. (ANSA).
