(ANSA) - ROME, APR 10 - A survivor of the Lake Suviana hydro
plant disaster, Pierfrancesco Firenze, told his wife, Emilia
Ferdighini, "I saw the flame and then the smoke, I heard the
blast. I was all right but unfortunately this is what happened".
Ferdighini, who rushed to the scene of the disaster at a
reservoir in the Bolognese Apennines, said: "He was outside with
two of his colleagues. They saw this blaze and then the smoke,
he heard a blast. He was in a bit of a shock: they all know each
other here". (ANSA).
