Working on positive solution for ITA says econ min

(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 25 - The Italian economy ministry said Monday it was working on a positive solution for ITA's planned takeover by Lufthansa after the European Commission raised a series of objections to the deal.
    "The (ministry) has today received the European Commission's findings regarding the acquisition of a percentage of ITA Airways by Lufthansa," said a note.
    "The (ministry) will continue to work on the dossier in order to present as soon as possible the remedies to reach a positive solution to the issue". (ANSA).
