(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 10 - Italy will host a conference on the
postwar reconstruction of Ukraine on April 26, Foreign Minister
Antonio Tajani said Friday.
Tajani, who is also deputy premier, said he had told G7 foreign
ministers that the conference would see the contribution of
Italian businesses.
Tajani announced the move on Twitter, saying: "Today in a
videoconference with the G7 foreign ministers I announced that
the (Italian) government will organize a conference for the
reconstruction of Ukraine on April 26, with the contribution of
Italian firms.
"Our commitment in favour of peace and freedom for the Ukrainian
people continues". (ANSA).
