(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 31 - An Italian teacher has been cleared
of an affair with an underage student 30 years his junior after
the judge ruled that it was true love, the Gazzetta di Reggio
reported Tuesday.
The girl's parents sued the 45-year-old man for sexual assault
but the judge said the relationship was "consensual and built on
love, and thus innocent."
The girl has since become of age and the relationship continues.
