Boy, 16, knocked off bike and killed near Ferrara

(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 1 - A 16-year-old by was knocked off his bike and killed near Ferrara on Wednesday night, police said Thursday.
    Another boy, aged 17, cycling with the victim was seriously hurt after the car also hit him, they said.
    The motorist did not initially stop but returned to the scene of the accident three hours later.
    The driver was said to be a 37-year-old Ferrara man.
    The accident took place just outside the northern Italian city.
