(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 4 - Carabinieri police on Wednesday
detained a 63-year-old man suspected of the "extremely serious
sexual abuse" of a 14-year girl in a public park in the province
of Pavia, sources said on Thursday.
The alleged abuse took place on Monday.
The Carabinieri gathers "serious evidence" incriminating the
suspect and detained him due to fears he could re-offend, as he
frequented the family of the victim, sources said. (ANSA).
