Femicide-suicide at Savona

(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 4 - A femicide-suicide took place in the Ligurian report town of Savona on Sunday.
    A man, Antonino Santangelo, 64, murdered his wife Nadia Zanatta, 57, before leaping to his death from their fifth-floor window.
    An autopsy has shown that Zanatta was killed by two knife thrusts, one to the back and the other behind her left ear.
    The man was unable to accept the end of the marriage, police said.
    He reportedly left a note for the couple's two children saying "I'm going to join Mum". (ANSA).
