(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 27 - Tests have uncovered traces of
cocaine in the hair of a six-month-old baby girl who is being
treated in the paediatric intensive care unit of Padua hospital
after suffering a brain haemorrhage, local newspapers reported
on Friday. Carabinieri police are investigating whether the
child may have been the victim of mistreatment.
The child was admitted to Chioggia hospital and transferred to
Padua two days later because of the seriousness of the case.
