(ANSA) - ROME, FEB 18 - Italy's 100m Olympic champ Marcell Jacobs won his third straight indoor 60 me race in his post-Tokyo comeback at a meet in Liévin in France Thursday night as he sets his sights on the worlds in Belgrade on March 19.
The 27-year-old El Paso-born former long jumper ran 6.50 to beat US pair Cravont Charleston, second in 6.52, and Elijah Hall (6.57, third).
"I haven't changed a bit, I'm still me and I'm working hard to improve. Now I'm aiming for the indoor worlds, I want to win in Belgrade," said Jacobs, who also won gold in the men's 4X100 relay in Tokyo. (ANSA).
