(ANSA) - ROME, FEB 17 - Ferrari presented their race car for the 2022 Formula one season on Thursday, the F1-75.
"I'm excited," said Ferrari Team Principal Mattia Binotto as he launched the car at the team's Maranello headquarters with drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz.
"The car is the synthesis of the work of a good group that I'm proud of.
"(The name) celebrates the 75th anniversary of the first car that bore the name of the founder produced by this scuderia, the most glorious and successful of all time".
Carlos and Leclerc finished fifth and seventh in the drivers' standings respectively last year and Ferrari came third in the constructors championship as the team regained competitiveness after a dismal campaign in 2020. . (ANSA).
