(ANSA) - ROME, FEB 14 - A 26-year-old Tunisian man was
arrested Monday on suspicion of violently robbing a 22-year-old
Spanish woman in Florence on the night of February 12-13.
The man allegedly grabbed the woman by the hair and snatched her
bag.
The man is also suspected of attacking a 47-year-old woman on
her way home the previous night in the Tuscan capital, punching
her in the face and stealing her phone.
The man landed on the Sicilian migrant-stepping-stone island of
Lampedusa six months ago.
He was caught thanks to CCTV footage, and arrested near the
Fortezza da Basso. (ANSA).
