(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 18 - Pope Francis's top two aides,
Secretary of State Cardinal Pietro Parolini and Substitute
Secretary of State Msgr Edgar Pena Parra, have tested positive
for COVID-19, the Vatican said Tuesday.
Parolin, the pope's right-hand man and second in the Vatican
hierarchy, has very mild symptoms, said the Vatican press
office.
Pena Parra does not have symptoms.
Both are self-isolating in their Vatican apartments.
They are also both triple-jabbed against the virus. (ANSA).
