(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 14 - Police union SAP has objected after
officers were supplied with pink FFP2 facemasks in several
Italian cities, including Pavia, Varese, Ferrara, Siracusa and
Venice.
SAP Secretary Osvaldo Paolon called for an "immediate
intervention" to provide the officers with different masks,
saying this "eccentric" colour "risks prejudicing the image of
the institution". (ANSA).
