(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 21 - Pope Francis said Thursday that Italian Catholics should show "more courage in emerging from the COVID-19 crisis" in a message to the 49th Italian Catholics' Social Week which opened in Taranto Thursday.
"We feel the need to meet up and look one another in the face, to smile and plan, too pray and dream together," said Francis.
"This is all the more necessary in the context of the crisis generated by COVID, a crisis which is both health and social.
"In order to emerge from it a bit more courage is also asked of Italian Catholics". (ANSA).
