(ANSA) - Rome, April 30 - The Italian air transport sector is in an "unprecedented" crisis with travelers down 85% to two million in March and down 31.8% to 25.6 million in the first quarter, Assaeroporti said Thursday.
    There was a loss of almost 12 million units compared to last March, the association said.
    "We have never seen a crisis like it," it said.
