(ANSA) - Rome, November 13 - The supreme Court of Cassation
on Wednesday ruled that former interior minister Matteo
Salvini's 2018 migrant and security bill should not be applied
retroactively.
The bill cracked down on illegal immigration and stiffened
urban security measures.
