(ANSA) - Alghero, October 31 - A Sardinian restaurant has
taken endangered sea urchins off its menu.
"They're at risk of extinction," said Francesco Deriu, owner
of the Alamo restaurant in Alghero.
Deriu said he was launching a campaign of consciousness
raising.
