(ANSA) - Catania, October 11 - Fresh eruptions on Mt Etna caused big clouds of volcanic ash on Friday, prompting the authority in charge of Catania airport to close a section of Sicily's air space.
As a result, flight arrivals were temporarily limited to four an hour.
Departures were not affected.
