(ANSA) - Matera, March 12 - The League is different from its
government partner the 5-Star Movement (M5S) and wants to move
forward on public works like the Turin-Lyon high-speed rail
(TAV) line, League leader Matteo Salvini said Tuesday.
"On public works I think differently from my government
allies: there is a need to go forward, not go backwards,"
Salvini said on the stump for Basilicata regional elections on
March 24.
"I have a hard head (I'm stubborn): I'm sure that the
Lucanian people deserve something more than what the left
managed to offer in the last 30 years".
