(ANSA) - Rome, march 7 - Italian women are the top organ
donors in Europe, the national transplant centre said Thursday.
Some 70% of women are organ donors in Italy compared to the
EU average of 58%, it said.
They are also the most generous, with double the amount of
donations compared to men.
