(ANSA) - Bari, March 1 - A 40-year-old has reported a priest
in the province of Lecce for alleged abuse suffered at the age
of nine around 30 years ago, local newspapers reported on
Friday.
Lecce prosecutors have put the priest under investigation for
sexual abuse of minors and violence.
The victim reportedly now lives abroad.
There are said to be allegations that the priest abused other
people too.
