Sicily assembly 'costs more than White House' - M5S

(ANSA) - Palermo, February 26 - The Sicilian regional assembly costs more than the White House, the 5-Star Movement (M5S) said Tuesday.
    The M5S caucus at the assembly presented a dossier on the assembly, known by its acronym ARS, which said that the regional parliament costs one million euros more than the US president's residence: 137 million euros a year compared to 136 million.
    The ARS, it said, cost "1,000 euros a minute in 2018".
