Inflation rate 0.9% in January - ISTAT

(ANSA) - Rome, February 21 - ISTAT said Thursday that Italy's annual inflation rate was 0.9% in January, down from 1.1% in December. The figures were the same as the statistics agency had given in its flash estimate.
    ISTAT said that, in month-on-month terms, its consumer price index was up 0.1%.
