(ANSA) - Rome, January 22 - Naples Mayor Luigi de Magistris told an ANSA Forum Tuesday that he may run for election in the next regional elections in Campania. "It will be hard not to do it," he told the forum in Rome.
"It will be a year form the end of my term as mayor. The regional elections can be a laboratory for a new political alliance.
De Magistris added that he expected more than "nice words" on migrants from fellow Neapolitan and 5-Star heavyweight, House Speaker Roberto Fico.
"People are dying at sea," he said after 170 migrants drowned after two boats sank at the weekend.
