(ANSA) - Rome, January 18 - Bank of Italy Governor Ignazio
Visco said Friday that Europe "is not capable" of completing the
banking union and the capital markets union.
"There is a lack of enterprise in creating a supranational
fiscal capacity and issuing European debt that can be used to
finance public investments," Visco said.
