(ANSA) - Rome, January 17 - The number of new State pensions that were activated in 2018 was 483,309, down 20.4% on the 607,525 activated in 2017, INPS said on Thursday.
The pensions and social security agency pointed out that the retirement age for women was raised to 66 years and seven months last year to bring it in line with that for men.
