(ANSA) - Milan, December 24 - Deputy Premier Matteo Salvini on Monday voiced Christmas wishes that the European Union will change after the European elections in May.
"(I wish) that (the EU) will change in May, that Italians will finally change," he said.
Asked at a Milan children's hospital if he would wish European Economic Affairs Commissioner Pierre Moscovici a Happy Christmas, Salvini replied "I wish everyone a Happy Christmas".
