(ANSA) - Rome, November 23 - The Democratic Party's (PD)
congressional commission said Friday it was set to propose to
the directorate the date of March 3 for its primaries to elect a
new leader.
The commission reported "tensions" on enrolments and said
on-line enrolment was being considered.
Lazio Governor Nicola Zingaretti is leading the race to be PD
leader ahead of former interior minister Marco Minniti and
former PD caretaker leader Maurizio Martina.
