(ANSA) - Aosta, November 20 - Italian police on Tuesday
arrested eight people on suspicion of graft in Val d'Aosta.
The eight are the head of municipal technical office, three
construction company owners and four professionals, police said.
Police said they had uncovered a "well-oiled criminal
activity in the management and awarding of public contracts".
Carabinieri from S.Vincent and Chatillon carried out the
arrests.
