Jail requested for minor accused of 16-yr-old's murder

(ANSA) - Bologna, September 26 - The Bologna prosecutors office for minors has requested that a 16-year-old detained on Tuesday and accused of killing a boy of the same age be put in jail, sources said Wednesday. The suspect faces charges of homicide, with the aggravating factor of futile motives and killing a minor, and hiding a body.
    The victim went missing on September 17 and his body was later found in a well. The suspect, who has nit been named, is also charged with premeditation because he bought the gun he killed Giuseppe Balboni with, police said.
