(ANSA) - Rome, September 21 - A new census of Italy's
population and residences will start in October, ISTAT said
Friday.
The census will now be taken every year rather than every 10
years as in the past, the statistics agency said.
The entire operation will be presented at a press conference
on September 28, ISTAT said.
