(ANSA) - Rome, September 17 - A 73-year-old British priest
was arrested Monday for molesting a woman on the Rome metro
after she pursued him and called police in.
The man resisted arrest and denied the woman's account,
saying he was a priest.
He was arrested on suspicion of sexual violence, bodily harm
and resisting arrest.
The incident took place at the Termini rail station stop.
Investigations established that the man is in fact a priest
in a parish in England.
