(ANSA) - Messina, April 19 - Two men and a woman who
allegedly pretended to be blind to get disability cheques were
placed under investigation near Messina on Thursday.
The trio allegedly defrauded the Italian State of hundreds of
thousands of euros, police said.
Their assets have been seized as a means of recovering the
money.
