MotoGP: Dovizioso wins thrilling season-opener

(ANSA) - Rome, March 19 - Italian Ducati rider Andrea Dovizioso won a thrilling dual with reigning champion Marc Marquez to clinch the season-opening MotoGP race in Qatar on Sunday.
    Italy's nine-time world champion Valentino Rossi, who has just signed a two-year contract extension with Yamaha, came third.
    "It was a perfect race, perfect weekend," Dovizioso said.
