(ANSA) - Vatican City, March 7 - The Vatican said Wednesday that Pope Francis has authorized decrees for miracles attributed to Pope Paul VI and to slain Archbishop of San Salvador Arnulfo Romero y Galdámez by the Congregation for the Causes of Saints.
As a result Paul VI and Romero, who was murdered in San Salvador, El Salvador, on 24 March, 1980, are set for sainthood.
