(ANSA) - Rome, November 15 - The government said Wednesday
that ENEL has promised to restore normal service by the end of
Wednesday after blackouts in parts of the Tuscan-Emilian
Appennines due to storms and torrential rain. Several Appennine
municipalities have lodged a complaint over the lack of
electricity.
