(ANSA) - Madrid, September 19 - A judge in the Catalan town
of Amposta has shelved charges against the driver of a bus
involved in an accident on March 20, 2016, in which 13 women
Eramus students died, including seven Italians, La Vanguardia
online reported. It is the second time charges against the
driver have been dropped. The judge deferred the parties to a
possible civil case.
